Terms for Pensumvenn
These terms apply when a consumer starts a trial or purchases time-limited access to Pensumvenn. Read them together with the price and order information shown before confirmation.

The agreement consists of these terms, the order information and the confirmation sent by email. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
Service, price and duration
Pensumvenn is a personal web-based study platform. Current plans and prices are: Månedlig: 59 kr per måned · 6 måneder: 279 kr · 1 år: 499 kr · 3 år: 1 199 kr · 5 år: 1 699 kr. New users receive a 7-day free trial without providing a card. The workspace locks without charge when the trial ends. Fixed periods are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Monthly access renews until cancelled.
Order and right of withdrawal
The free trial starts when the user creates an account and accepts the terms. A payment agreement is concluded only when the user later confirms a purchase with an obligation to pay through Stripe.
Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Notify hei@frmtid.no. Any amount already charged will be refunded in full when the right is exercised within the deadline.
Data, operation and complaints
Users retain their rights to their notes and files. AI output may be incorrect and should be checked against reliable sources.
