We process account details, access and payment status, and the subjects, notes, topics, glossary terms, calendar entries, tasks and documents you choose to store. This is necessary to provide the contracted service. Payment records are also processed to meet legal obligations, while limited technical logs are used for security and stable operation based on legitimate interests.

To understand whether Pensumvenn works in everyday study, we record the account ID, time and the fixed main area opened, such as Overview, Subjects, Calendar, Tasks or Documents. This never includes note text, task names, searches, file names or other study content, and administrators only see aggregated product insights.

Only material you explicitly select is sent to OpenAI when you invoke an AI study action. Pensumvenn also uses Supabase, Vercel, Stripe and Resend. Providers receive only the information needed for their task. Lawful safeguards are required for transfers outside the EEA.

Information is retained only while needed for the service, security or legal duties. Limited product-usage records are automatically deleted after 13 months. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object where applicable by contacting hei@frmtid.no. You may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
